As required by our insurer important changes have been made to the Indemnity Forms effective immediately. You will notice a difference at the next race meeting you sign in at.
The Waiver & Release of Liability wording has also changed. The full version of this is available under Documents in the AIDKA App, on the AIDKA website and Clubs will have a printed version available at Registration.
When signing in, any AIDKA licence holders under the age of 18 as either a driver or pit crew, a parent/guardian MUST sign the indemnity. It is not compulsory for a driver/pit crew under 18 to sign the indemnity themselves but the parent/guardian MUST.
To assist club volunteers, identify which licence holders need to have a parent/guardian sign the indemnity, the background of the licence for any licence holder who is under the age of 18 is now yellow (example in picture) For anyone licence holder over 18 their background will remain white.
